Dessert for All
To bring a bit more happiness back to my sister, I took on the challenge of creating gluten and vegan-friendly sweet treats that not only looked good but tasted good as well. The first attempt did not go so well, but I have been perfecting the recipe and techniques for the last 20 years.
I soon found others, such as my eldest sister, co-workers, and friends, who had other allergies or sensitivities to ingredients, such as dairy, eggs, coconut, soy, etc.. and have felt that same isolation from sweet treats so it was back to the kitchen to perfect the recipes for these customizations too!
